Temporary Footpath Closure on OF-509 from the 28th of May
We have received notification from Worcestershire County Council of a temporary footpath closure on Footpath OF-509, Offenham, commencing 28 May 2026 due to active plant on the footpath during construction works. More details can be found below...
"WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
PUBLIC NOTICE
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)
(Footpath OF-509, Offenham) (Temporary Closure Order) 2026
Proposed Order: to close Footpath OF-509, Offenham for its entire length.
The Order has been made due to active plant on the footpath during construction works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Footpath OF-510, Offenham, Three Cocks Ln and vice versa.
The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 28 May 2026.
