New 30mph Speed Limit Now in Effect on B4510 and Village Roads

After a long campaign by the Parish Council, supported by evidence from local residents, the speed limit on the B4510 between Offenham Cross and Three Cocks Lane, and all roads into the village (Station Road from Merry Lane, and the entire length of Three Cocks Lane), is now 30mph.

The Vehicle Activated Signs have been adjusted accordingly and will be moved to various locations to serve as a reminder to drivers. Let's hope this brings a reduction in incidents and near-misses.
