Offenham Parish Council have been consulted on Street Names Required for New Development at: Land At (OS 0569 4604), Three

Cocks Lane, Offenham (Phase 2) Planning Application: W/24/02258/FUL- Full application for 42 dwellings including formation of access, landscaping, public open space and associated works

Requirements for this development:

• Two new streets
• Four street names will be required, listed in order of preference
• The developer has not put forward any suggestions

 When considering street names, please note that we cannot accept “Three Cocks” or anything similar, as we already have two roads using this and it may cause confusion.
