Offenham Neighbourhood Plan
What is a Neighbourhood Plan?
With the implementation of the Localism Act, local people can now have a major say in helping to shape the development of the areas in which they live by putting together a Neighbourhood Plan for Offenham.
A neighbourhood plan is a community-led framework that guides the future development, regeneration, and conservation of a specific area.
If you would like to get involved or have your say please reach out to onp@offenhamparishcouncil.gov.uk.
Community Consultation
The Neighbourhood Plan requires extensive consultation with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure it genuinely reflects the needs and aspirations of the community. Based on the Community Survey Results we have drawn up draft policies for inclusion in the plan for you to review and comment on, either by email or at the Community Event to be held on Sunday 26th April in the Village Hall.
You can access our ONP Draft Policies in our ONP Draft Policies PDF Document (opens in new tab).
