What is a Neighbourhood Plan?
With the implementation of the Localism Act, local people can now have a major say in helping to shape the development of the areas in which they live by putting together a Neighbourhood Plan for Offenham.
A neighbourhood plan is a community-led framework that guides the future development, regeneration, and conservation of a specific area.

If you require a paper copy of the Offenham Parish Community Survey please contact us or you can collect one in person locally from the parish Church, Village Hall, Royal British Legion, Village Shop, The Bridge Inn or the Brewery.
The Neighbourhood Plan requires extensive consultation with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure it genuinely reflects the needs and aspirations of the community. A link to a draft list of stakeholders for the Offenham Parish Neighbourhood Plan broken down into categories can be found below.
